The ORLIGNO 30 is a classic solution for anyone who appreciates the proven methods of generating energy from solid fuels.
It is a classic design with a lower combustion, combined with a huge loading capacity guaranteeing a stable and comfortable use of the boiler regardless of the fuel used.
Adjustments are made via classic elements, being a primary air shutter and secondary air damper with a convenient draught regulator allowing you to control the operation of the boiler easily.
The advanced heat exchanger is additionally equipped with economisers, thereby increasing overall efficiency of the boiler.
Basic information
Basic fuel: hardwood pieces, coal and coke.
Secondary fuel: lignite, wood with different grain size: shavings, sawdust, briquettes.
Permissible flow temperature: 95oC.
Permissible working pressure: 2,5 bar.
Test pressure: 4 bar.
Boiler efficiency of up to 80%.
“Long-life” design of the boiler body being resistant to corrosion.
Water capacity matched to the hydraulic flow.
